Methodological background:
The electricity generation of each fuel type is divided by the total electricity generation.
Remarks:
Data for Petroleum includes light fuel oil, total heavy fuel oil and diesel.
Data for Renewables includes wind, tidal and solar.
Data for electricity generated from other fuels (petroleum coke, still gas and other fuels not easily categorized) and NAICS category 221119 (Other Electric Power Generation) is not displayed.
